307 & 309 South Morgan Avenue - Variance(s) Request

Notice of Public Hearing

 

The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of New Meadows will hold a public hearing concerning a proposal from The West Central Housing Trust / Chance Hobbs to request a VARIANCE of setbacks from ten feet to eight feet and from the required 6,000 square feet of space to 5,220 square feet within the current zone at 307 and 309 South Morgan Avenue in the City of New Meadows.

                                                               

The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at 7:00 pm in the Historic Adams County Depot Auditorium at 101 South Commercial Avenue. Written input on the proposed request will be accepted up to and including the hour of the meeting. Verbal input can be given at the hearing. Anyone needing special accommodation to attend the meeting should contact City Hall, at least 3 business days before the meeting at 347-2171.
